Cookies Policy

This Cookies Policy explains how StrinGaze Pte. Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on stringaze.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy. We operate on a consent-default-denied basis for analytics and advertising technologies — nothing non-essential is loaded until you explicitly opt in.

1.What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit. They let sites remember your actions and preferences (for example, your consent choices) across pages and across visits. We also use local storage, session storage, and similar client-side technologies (collectively referred to here as "cookies") for the same purposes.

2.Categories of cookies we use

We use three categories of cookies on this website:

· Strictly necessary — required for the site to function, such as remembering your cookie-consent choice and maintaining session integrity during form submissions. These cookies are always on and do not require consent.

· Analytics — used to understand aggregate site usage, funnel performance, and feature adoption. These load only after you grant analytics consent.

· Marketing / advertising — used to measure marketing-campaign effectiveness (e.g. LinkedIn Insight Tag for B2B attribution, where configured). These load only after you grant marketing consent.

We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioural advertising or for retargeting on consumer ad networks.

3.Specific cookies and trackers

Subject to your consent, we deploy the following third-party technologies:

· Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — event-level website analytics. Default state: denied. Activated only on analytics consent. Data retention: 26 months.

· Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — session recording and heatmap analytics for usability research. Default state: denied. Activated only on analytics consent.

· LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation) — conversion measurement for B2B campaigns, when a campaign is active. Default state: denied. Activated only on marketing consent and only when a LinkedIn partner ID is configured.

· Strictly-necessary first-party cookies — session ID, cookie-consent choice, and basic anti-abuse signals.

We use Google's Consent Mode v2 to signal your consent state to Google services, so that when analytics consent is denied, no analytics data is sent.

4.How we obtain consent

On your first visit, we display a cookie banner. Until you make a choice, we load only strictly-necessary cookies.

· If you click "Accept", we enable analytics and (where configured) marketing cookies. · If you click "Decline" or close the banner without accepting, we leave analytics and marketing cookies disabled. · Your choice is remembered in a single first-party cookie so that we do not show the banner again on repeat visits — until you clear it or change your mind.

5.How to change or withdraw consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by:

· Clearing your browser cookies for stringaze.com — the next visit will show the banner again; · Using your browser's "Do Not Track" or equivalent privacy setting — we respect "prefers-reduced-motion" and will respect additional privacy signals as they become standard; · Emailing us at contacts@stringaze.com and asking us to suppress any persistent identifiers we may hold.

You can also disable or block cookies at the browser level. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break some parts of the site (for example, the consent-choice persistence).

6.International transfers

Some of our analytics processors (e.g. Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn) are based in the United States and other jurisdictions outside Singapore. When analytics consent is granted, data transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards entered into between us and those processors, and by the processors' own privacy frameworks. See our Privacy Policy for further detail on international transfers.

7.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookies Policy when we add, remove, or change the technologies we use. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes that affect consent will trigger a fresh consent request through the cookie banner.

8.Contact us

For any question about this Cookies Policy or about a specific tracker, contact us at contacts@stringaze.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (www.pdpc.gov.sg) or your local data-protection authority.
